Clarke House Museum Tours

The Clarke House Museum is Chicago's oldest home.

Tours of this 1836 Greek Revival-style house reveal what life was like for the Clarke family in Chicago, when the city was in its formative years before the Civil War. 

 

 

Public tours are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 1:00pm. (No tours on holidays)

45-60 minute free tour

Limited to 8 people, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservations not required for public tour.

 

Clarke House only opens for tours. There are no drop-in hours.
